Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to more than 70 countries on all rims and wheelset orders on our website. 

We default to use a tax-included shipping method to the following countries:

Austria,Belgium,Bulgaria,Croatia,Cyprus,Czechia,Denmark,Estonia,France,Germany,Greece,Hungary,Ireland,Italy,Latvia,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Malta,Netherlands,Poland,Portugal,United Kingdom,Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia,Spain.

And the remaining other countries use a shipping method without including tax. However, tax-included shipping method is available on request for the following countries:

The United States
Canada
Australia
United Arab Emirates
Malaysia
Thailand
Vietnam
Manila, Philippines

If you are from one of the above eight countries and require to use tax-included shipping method, please contact us to pay an additional fee.

Due to the high courier costs of shipping to specific remote destinations, we are unable to provide free shipping for some countries. If your country is not offered as an option on our website, please contact us for more information. 

We offer several deliver options. Shipping time will vary depending on the delivery method used: (EMS/DPD: 15-30 days, Fedex/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days). Further delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination country.

Order processing
Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Production usually takes 5 business days if the rims are in stock. Custom orders or orders with rims that are currently out of stock usually take 12-15 business days. After the wheels are shipped, we will send you the tracking number.(*International shipment has a processing time of 3-5 business days) You can also check it directly on our website.
